Ingredients for the dough:
• 4 eggs
• 500 ml sugar
• 250 ml oil
• 250 ml milk
• 250 ml cocoa powder (50% cocoa)
• 700 ml wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation of the dough:
1. Beat the eggs, sugar and oil until light and fluffy.
2. Add the milk and cocoa powder, stirring well.
3. Gradually incorporate the flour.
4. Finally, add the baking powder.
5. Bake in a greased and floured pan in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 35 to 40 minutes. Filling 1 – White cream:
• 1 can of condensed milk
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 1/2 can of cream
• 1/2 cup of powdered milk (optional, for a creamier texture)
