Procedure
- Prepare the filling:
- Mix the ground beef with the raw eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and flour. Add the grated onion, chopped parsley and dill.
- Fry the peppers in strips with butter and oil for 2 minutes. Add the chopped onion and grated carrot. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Add the sautéed vegetables to the meat mixture and stir until integrated.
- Roll out the dough:
- Place the yeast dough on a floured surface and roll it out with a rolling pin.
- Brush the dough with the garlic and melted butter mixture.
- Assemble the roll:
- Distribute the meat filling evenly over the dough, leaving a thickness of 0.5 cm.
- Add a layer of grated eggs and cheese.
- Carefully roll the dough to form the roll.
- Bake:
- Place the roll on a tray with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush with a mixture of egg, sugar, mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
- Return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
- Present and enjoy:
- Serve hot and serve with salad or mashed potatoes.
